Hope In Christ Jesus
Most people understand hope as wishful thinking, as in "I hope something will happen." This is not what the Bible means by hope. The biblical definition of hope is " confident expectation ." 1. Casting Your Cares on Him :- Cast your anxieties and worries on Jesus. In 1 Peter 5:7 (NIV), it says, "Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you." This verse shows the caring and loving nature of Jesus. 2. Peace in Christ :- Jesus promises a unique kind of peace that transcends understanding. In John 16:33 (NIV), Jesus says, "I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world, you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world." So find peace in Jesus who has overcome the challenges of the world. 3. Seeking God in Troubled Times :- In times of trouble, seek God.
